Hidden Valley Country Club is seeking an experienced and energetic Lead Bartender to join our hospitality team!Position Overview
The Lead Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional bar service to members and guests while supporting the daily execution of beverage operations across the clubhouse, events, and pool service. This role sets the tone for hospitality behind the bar, maintains beverage quality and consistency, assists with training and scheduling, and supports beverage cost controls.
The Lead Bartender works closely with the Front of House Manager and Executive Chef to ensure the beverage program aligns with the club’s standards for service, presentation, and member experience.
