Lead Backend Engineer | Scale Tech4Good Platform (Node/TS)

Gravitas Group is seeking a Lead Backend Engineer to join a profitable Tech4Good startup in Taunton. The position requires 7+ years of backend experience, preferably in Typescript or Node.js. You will work closely with a small engineering team and take on Tech Lead responsibilities for multiple projects.

This role also offers the opportunity to impact mental health accessibility and work in a dynamic startup environment, based in East/Central London with onsite work four days a week.
