Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Lead Backend Engineer – Node.js to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Node.js backend development, cloud-native architecture on AWS, and strong experience designing scalable enterprise-grade applications. Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5 will be considered a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems using Node.js.
Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS.
Drive technical strategy, architecture reviews, and engineering best practices.
Work closely with frontend, DevOps, QA, product, and enterprise teams for end-to-end delivery.
Build and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
Ensure system scalability, reliability, security, and performance optimization.
Mentor and guide senior engineers and development teams.
