This role will lead field installation efforts, coordinate with project teams, and ensure high-quality execution on active construction sites. Installation will be the primary focus, with potential growth into a superintendent-level role.
Responsibilities
• Lead AV installation activities on commercial projects.
• Install, test, and troubleshoot audio visual systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and field teams.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
• Provide guidance and support to junior technicians.
