- Must be okay working 100% onsite at WNS Bridgetowne Site
- 2 years' BPO/Banking domain experience handling looking customer interactions via Chats, Calls, Emails
- Understanding of Credit card billings, reimbursements, spends during business travel
- Ability to interact with client and be able to present team performance
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in 24x7 environment
