Lead Applications Engineer (SAP)

As our new Lead Applications Engineer (SAP) , you’ll take a hands‑on role leading engineering across a portfolio of SAP‑aligned systems within a defined business domain. This role is key to strengthening technical leadership, improving consistency in how our applications are engineered and supported, and creating clear ownership across a growing estate.

You’ll support the design, delivery and ongoing stability of services, ensuring they are secure, reliable and well run, while enabling continuous improvement. Working closely with domain teams, platform services and our central Product function, you’ll help bring structure and consistency to engineering delivery.

This is a hands‑on position, combining technical expertise with leadership, where you’ll play a vital part in how we build, evolve and support our platforms.
