Job Description:
Position Summary 
The Lead Anesthesia Technician/Technologist will report to the Assistant Director of Main Operating Room and works under the direction of the Anesthesiologist. The Lead Anesthesia Technician/Technologist is responsible for the supervision of all other Anesthesia Techs to ensure routine duties are performed in a timely manner and in accordance with practice standards. 
The Lead Anesthesia Technologist/Technician is responsible for the following:
Collaborates with the Charge Nurse in surgical and procedural areas to prioritize room turnover and set-up of anesthesia equipment and supplies for procedures with efficient and effective use of available resources.
Coordinates Anesthesia Tech activities, and delegates daily duties and assignments to facilitate efficient workflow and assistance with anesthesia care for patients.
