Job Description

Become CNIB's Lead in Employment Advocacy focused on inclusive hiring practices in Toronto. Support significant employer engagement initiatives across Ontario's Greater Toronto Area.

This contract role, effective from June 30, 2026 to June 29, 2027, will involve fostering relationships with local businesses to encourage employment for individuals who are blind, partially sighted, or Deafblind. In collaboration with team members, you will navigate employer partnerships aligned with advocacy goals and Skills Development Fund deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
