Lead Advanced Nurse Practitioner AA

An exciting opportunity for an experienced and forward‑thinking Lead Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) has arisen to join NHS Fife’s General Surgery service. As a senior clinician you will combine expert practice with strategic leadership, playing a key part in delivering safe, effective and high‑quality care across elective and unscheduled surgical pathways.

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous clinical care, managing patients from initial assessment through to diagnosis, treatment and discharge;
• Lead the ongoing development of the ANP workforce, ensuring consistent standards of advanced practice, supporting staff through supervision and appraisal, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement;
