Lead Accounting Associate
Job Profile
This position performs general administrative responsibilities including preparation of reports using various software packages, compilation of information from various sources, and handling small scale projects. He/She performs general office duties that may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, distributing mail, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned. This position may deal with confidential material on a regular basis.
Responsibilities
- Review journal entries.
- Review reconciles balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
- Provides internal customer support, including research of account balances and variance analysis.
- Manipulates large data sets.
- Performs account reconciliations.
- Completes special projects as needed (Dian, DANE, SENA and other entities).
