As a Lead, Account Management, you will be responsible for maintaining a relationship with the Key Vendors who generate the most business in terms of orders and revenue for foodpanda. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Direct, mentor, and elevate a team of Account Managers, ensuring alignment with performance targets and operational excellence.

  • Drive commercial growth by collaborating with your team to optimize partner performance, unlock new revenue streams, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

  • Leverage data-driven insights to evaluate portfolio performance, identify operational inefficiencies, and execute informed strategic decisions.

  • Develop and maintain strong and trustworthy relationships with all key accounts.  

  • Analyze and identify upcoming needs and opportunities. 

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits..
