Sharing systems, support, and young stock rearing (all calves born are raised within the wider business), while each farm remains stand‑alone and fully accountable for its own results.

We’re now seeking an experienced Farm Business Manager to lead one of our key dairy units. This is a genuine “run it like it’s your own” role, with the support, scale, and resources of a well‑structured farming group.
