Job Description

Our client, a well-regarded ASX-listed Australian gold producer, is seeking an experienced and motivated Core Yard Technician with hands-on RC and Diamond Drill (DD) core processing experience. This is a short-term contract opportunity to assist with a core backlog while supporting an established and high-performing gold mining operation on a FIFO 2:1 roster.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to take on a variety of physical, field-based tasks
  • Strong understanding of exploration and mining processes
  • Proven diamond core and RC sampling experience (essential)
  • Current WA C-Class manual driver’s licence
  • Strong safety-first mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a small, close-knit team
  • Confidence to work independently when required
  • Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills
