SupportFinity™ is seeking a Learning & Development Executive in Shah Alam, Malaysia to coordinate and manage learning programs. This role will ensure all employees have access to high-quality development opportunities that align with business objectives.

The candidate will manage relationships with Learning Partners, oversee operational logistics, conduct onboarding sessions, and analyze training metrics to enhance programs. A Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience are required.
