As a Learning & Development Manager, you will assist with managing the team responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of Learning and Development programs.

The Procurement & Vendor Management Lead executes the commercial strategy for Talent & Learning at client, bringing enterprise oversight and commercial rigour, ensuring disciplined investment, reduced duplication, and high quality vendor partnerships that deliver measurable value.

This role brings enterprise oversight and commercial rigour to a complex learning and talent vendor landscape — shifting from fragmented spend and point solutions to a coherent, value led vendor ecosystem aligned to company’s strategy, standards, and priorities.
