Main Responsibilities:
Content Creation & AI Learning:
Develop AI-based training videos on HR topics using tools such as Heygen and Canva Support creation of engaging and effective learning materials LMS Administration:
Manage and administer LMS platforms (e.g., Docebo, Workday ) Ensure smooth operation, tracking, and reporting of learning activities Training Coordination:
Coordinate and schedule training programs, workshops, and e-learning sessions Handle logistics, training materials, and participant communication Training Needs Analysis:
