Unique opportunity available for an experienced Layout Designer to join an established and growing SME Architectural practice in Wakefield, specialising in the layout, design and technical delivery of new build housing for PLC housebuilders and regional developers across Yorkshire and nationwide.
The successful Layout Designer will be joining an ambitious well-run practice, now well in its eighth year of trading. With a strong pipeline of secured work and continued growth, this is a key strategic hire that will play a pivotal role within the business, working closely with the Director and contributing to both project delivery and wider team development.
