The Laundry Attendant is responsible for the processing of soiled linen daily.
Responsibilities
Always provide the highest quality of service to the customer.
Sort, weigh, and load linen (terry, sheets, and pillowcases, and resident personal clothes into washer and dryer.
Safely operate various washers and dryers.
Maintain productivity standards.
Remove linen immediately from dryers to prevent wrinkles.
Fold linen according to standards outlined.
Place folded linen on marked shelves and transport to floor linen rooms in a timely fashion.
Check washing machine drains to prevent clogging. Inform engineering if maintenance is needed.
Maintain a well-organized, neat laundry room.
