GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Responsible to perform all aspects of laundry care ensuring a pleasing home-like environment for residents, employees and visitors. Starting pay rate is $10.50. Duties require being on your feet most of the day, bending, pulling, pushing and lifting.

Bags and transports soiled laundry from resident rooms to laundry roomObserves sanitation guidelines and universal precautions.Separates and sorts linens and clothing per company policies and proceduresPre-rinses heavily soiled items when neededWashes and dries each type of load on proper cycle at proper temperatureRemoves cleaned/dried items and sorts by nameProperly hangs or folds all laundered itemsReturns clean laundry to correct resident room; stores according to policy.At all stages of laundry, observes items for damage or missing identification and sets ...
