LATAM Shared Services Lead — Customer Care

Pluxee is looking for a Senior Program Manager in Lima, Peru, to lead transitions of customer care operations across Hispanic LATAM to the Shared Services model. This role requires strong leadership, operational credibility, and fluency in English and Spanish, as well as experience in customer care and managing cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will ensure service stability during transitions, monitor performance and coordinate efforts between countries and the BPO, contributing to enhanced customer experience and efficiency.
