LATAM QARA Director — MedTech Quality & Regulatory

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks an experienced Associate Director to lead QA and Regulatory Affairs for Mexico and the Northern Cluster. You will drive regulatory submissions, health authority interactions, and policy development to sustain market access for orthopaedic products.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with 8–10 years in medical device QA/RA and a track record of cross-functional leadership.
