LatAm PR Lead - AI for CX & Thought Leadership

Link-Worldwide is seeking a PR professional to develop thought leadership themes and amplify Zendesk's brand across Latin America. You will lead PR for product launches, build media relationships, and manage communications strategizing.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 8 years of PR experience, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Spanish and English. The role is based in Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State.
