LATAM Paid Media & Growth Manager

The Orchard is seeking a Manager, Paid Media & Growth Strategy to join our Chile office. You will lead bespoke paid media plans for Latin labels and artists, working with Relationship Managers, Marketing, and global Paid Media teams to amplify releases, grow fanbases, and achieve artist objectives.

Located in Chile, you’ll develop campaigns across LATAM, collaborate with regional and global teams, and drive data-informed decisions to optimize performance and ROI.
