LATAM HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist

INNIO Group, located in El Salto, Jalisco, is seeking a HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growth in Latin America. This role is pivotal in managing the entire recruiting process for key positions across the region, including Mexico and Brazil.

You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR teams to attract and onboard top talent while contributing to crucial HR projects. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of HR experience, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and be fluent in both Spanish and English.
