LATAM Community Chat Host & Engagement Lead

Rush Street Interactive, Inc. is seeking a Community Chat Ambassador in Bogotá to oversee LATAM chat activity, promote a welcoming, rules-based experience, and support players with timely assistance.

You will monitor conversations, remind users of guidelines, spark discussions, resolve conflicts impartially, gather feedback, and help run engaging promotions and events across the community.
