Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize laser processing and welding methods for prototype and R&D applications.
- Conduct experiments, process characterization, and parameter optimization.
- Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laser systems, fixtures, and lab equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering and research teams on product and process development.
- Inspect product quality, analyze defects, and recommend process improvements.
- Support fixture design, sample preparation, and process integration activities.
