Laser Operator

Job Summary:

Nesco Resource is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laser Operator to join a growing metal fabrication team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC laser cutting equipment to produce high-quality metal parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines (fiber or CO2)

Load and unload raw materials, including sheet metal and plate

Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and material specifications

Adjust machine settings to ensure precise cuts and optimal performance

Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting

Monitor production quality and make adjustments as needed

Maintain accurate production records and documentation

Qualifications:
