- At least 2 years of landscape maintenance or construction experience
- Skilled in safely operating landscaping equipment
- Strong attention to safety when using tools and equipment
- Able to lift (up to) 50 lbs and move throughout the property
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round and staying motivated
