Job Description
GrizzlyTrek is seeking a skilled Landfill Operator to oversee dozers and loaders in Fort McMurray, AB. With a focus on safety and site compliance, this role offers a robust 14-day rotation.
As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you'll be a key player in ensuring efficient truck operations within a landfill setting. Responsibilities include loading and unloading, maintaining a clean work area, and performing essential equipment inspections. Your expertise in machinery and commitment to safety will be vital to our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate dozers and loaders in landfill setting
• Ensure safe and efficient truck unloading/loading
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in work area
• Conduct pre and post-trip equipment checks
• Assist in general facility operations as necessary
Requirements:
• Experience operating dozers/loaders in industrial settings
• Valid Class 5 driver's license; Class 3 preferred
