Responsibilities

• Execute precise boundary, topographic, hydrographic, and as-built surveys for diverse civil construction phases.
• Establish robust geodetic control networks, benchmarks, and precise construction staking layouts on site.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain high‑tech surveying equipment including Total Stations, GPS/GNSS rovers, and 3D scanners.
• Collect, process, and analyze raw field data, transforming it into clear electronic data files and field notes.
• Identify and resolve complex boundary discrepancies by researching historical land records, titles, and deeds.
• Collaborate closely with civil engineers, project managers, and drafting teams to ensure design compliance.
• Conduct rigorous quality control checks on all spatial data to eliminate errors before engineering submission.
