Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Surveys: Measure distances, angles and elevations using tools such as theodolites, GPS and laser scanning.
• Boundary Identification: Identify and verify property boundaries to resolve land disputes or define land ownership.
• Create Maps: Prepare topographic, construction and land-use maps based on survey data.
• Data Collection: Collect geographical, physical and legal data to support land development, construction and other projects.
• Analyze Data: Review and analyze survey data to ensure accuracy and interpret measurements to provide recommendations.
