Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Perform daily TPM inspections and report equipment abnormalities.
  • Prepare tooling and perform fiberglass lamination process.
  • Collect, dispense, and handle resin according to process specifications.
  • Operate curing ovens and monitor curing processes.
  • Strip cured products from tooling and maintain tooling condition.
  • Inspect finished products for quality, weight, and identification requirements.
  • Complete production records and traceability documents.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards in the work area.

    • JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum PMR Qualification or Technical / Vocational Diploma / Certificate or equivalent.
  • Preferred experience is manufacturing or production environment.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
