Job Description
Responsible for operating and monitoring lamination machines to produce high-quality laminated flexible packaging materials according to production schedules, customer specifications, and company quality and safety standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor lamination machines according to production requirements.
Prepare and load raw materials such as films, adhesives, and other consumables.
Ensure correct machine settings based on product specifications and work orders.
Monitor product quality during production and perform routine quality checks.
Identify and report machine malfunctions, material defects, and production issues to the supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the work area and equipment.
Perform basic machine cleaning and preventive maintenance as assigned.
Record production output, material usage, downtime, and other required production reports.
