Our client, a leader in industrial manufacturing, is seeking a Lamination Assembly to join their team. As a Lamination Assembly, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Lamination Assembly
**Location:** Clare, MI
**Pay Range:** $16.50
**Shift:** 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday
overtime is scheduled prior to shift start time and can be heavy, including Saturdays

+ Perform lamination procedures such as roll coater lamination and assembly of decks, sound shell panels, and pre-lam
+ Ensure all materials are correct in color and size before use
+ Set up roll tables, adjust pressures of presses, and operate equipment including vacuum beds and edging hammers
