About the role
Garanplus currently has a network of more than 230 service centers across Mexico that serves a book of business worth more than US$ 14 M per year in extended warranty services and products. The line is strongly related to strategic alliances with the top 2 retailers in Mexico and is coordinated with the global portfolio.
The EW/HO/PP claims manager is expected to lead key initiatives that support the business equation and to develop talent in terms of technical and customer focus expertise.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience:
- Strong knowledge and experience in handling retail or similar portfolio in a customer service/operations/product delivery function.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in the white label industry, preferably in positions related with product delivery, customer service, logistics or after sales structure/services.
