To work cohesively across site to ensure safe staffing and leadership.
Co‑ordinate the clinical, managerial and educational requirements of a defined clinical area on a shift by shift basis. This includes acting as an expert resource to the MDT team and the wider multi‑disciplinary team to support them in the delivery of high quality patient focused care, and ensuring all staff act in a professional manner and all registered staff are working as accountable practitioners. To facilitate this the Co‑ordinator role will be available on each clinical shift over a 24 hour period Monday to Sunday.
