Join us as a Human Resources Business Partner focusing on Labour Relations in a hybrid role based in Calgary, Halifax, Vaughan, or Lake Orion. Help manage employee relations and compliance while enhancing HR operations.
In the HRBP position, you will play a vital role in advising management on employee relations, conducting investigations, and supporting collective bargaining efforts. Your mission will be to ensure compliance with policies and legislation while fostering a positive work environment. This will involve supporting both operational leaders and HR initiatives across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide insights into collective agreements and labour issues
• Conduct performance and discipline investigations
• Maintain accurate HRIS records
• Support coaching and talent acquisition
• Ensure compliance with labour standards across locations
