Responsibilities:
+ Evaluate food and beverage products for Research and Development
+ Prepare and conduct product quality sensory evaluations on sensory samples
+ Receive/Ship samples
+ Weigh and measure and raw material ingredients
+ Maintain and manage controls/references
+ Keep lab stock and supplies organized and assist in upholding company standards.
+ Manage the samples inventory database
+ Document and file data accurately.
+ Support customer complaint resolution and corrective actions.
