**Job Description**
The Laboratory Manager plans and implements the overall laboratory policies, procedures, and services for the assigned laboratory under the Mount Sinai Health System. This individual ensures efficient and effective departmental operations, including department quality control and compliance adherence.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in medical technology, chemistry, biology or a closely related field. Master's degree preferred
+ Minimum five years experience as laboratory with two years supervisory experience involving supervision of professional laboratory personnel.
