**Labor Relations Partner**
**Key Responsibilities**
**1.
Employee Relations**:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Promote positive employee relations through conflict resolution, coaching, and engagement initiatives.
- Investigate and address employee complaints or grievances to ensure prompt resolution in alignment with company policies.
**2.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding**:
- Support onboarding processes, including new hire orientation, documentation collection, and training coordination.
**3.
Training & Development**:
- Support performance management programs, including employee goal setting and evaluations.
**4.
Compliance & Reporting**:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
