Labor & Employment Associate

Department in California, either in the Bay Area or in Southern California. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in employment law. Candidates should possess exceptional written and oral advocacy skills and the ability to handle tasks independently with minimal supervision. A strong academic background and California Bar membership are required. While labor law experience is preferred, it is not required.

Our labor and employment attorneys regularly handle high-stakes matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, disability accommodation, and sexual harassment lawsuits.
