Lab TechnicianCOMPENSATION$18.00 / hourSCHEDULEFlexible: 10–6, 11–7, or 12–8ROLE OVERVIEWThe Lab Technician supports laboratory operations within a foam manufacturing environment by performing material testing, quality control analyses, and product evaluations in accordance with established procedures. This role ensures foam products meet required specifications for performance, safety, and consistency — playing a critical part in continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform daily foam tests for the lab.

Cut detailed test samples, perform data entry, and issue certificates of compliance to customers.

Participate in corrective action teams.

Work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including weekends as needed.

Effectively communicate with plant associates and managers.

Create and update Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
