Job Description
Position: Lab & Product Development Associate
Qualification: B. Sc. / B. Tech. in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field.
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Experience: 1 – 4 Years
Location: Rai Industrial Area, Haryana
Responsibilities
Test and validate raw materials, formulations, and finished products.
Conduct laboratory trials for new products, alternate materials, and formulation improvements.
Support product development, customization, and formulation optimization.
Operate and maintain laboratory testing equipment.
Maintain testing records, trial documentation, and product development data.
Research and evaluate chemicals, additives, pigments, and specialty materials.
Identify suppliers, compare alternatives, and support procurement activities.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of chemicals, pigments, and additives.
Comfortable working in a laboratory environment.
Attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
