Lab Operations Leader – Compliance, Projects & Improvement

B. Braun is seeking a Manager of Laboratory Operations Support in Penang to oversee day‑to‑day lab activities, lead projects, and ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 13485 and FDA requirements.

You will drive continuous improvement of laboratory processes, supervise engineers and technicians, manage supplier relationships, and champion new technologies to raise productivity, quality and cost‑efficiency.
