We’re looking for an experienced manager to join a successful and established Dental Laboratory on a full time basis.
Customer
- Ensure our customer experience is the best it can be and work out ways to improve it where needed.
- Continually explore new products/propositions that could satisfy customer demand/improve customer experience for both the Laboratory & Distribution business.
People
- Deliver regular staff meetings to keep the staff engaged with progress and updates.
- Prepare monthly business review/update for Senior Management.
- Lead the onsite management team and the performance of the business against agreed KPI’s.
- Manage recruitment of new team members.
