Job Description
Lead SIA Innovations' LAB division as Lab Leader in Montréal. Oversee end-to-end quality in development while nurturing developer talent across multiple engagements.
In this full-time, on-site role, you will manage SIA's tools: Agile+, MIRE, and Common Sense, ensuring high standards for product delivery. You will collaborate with studio leaders and product managers, balancing product vision with team leadership to achieve business goals. Your influence spans across studios, promoting sustainable practices while fostering empowered teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and evolve product vision for Agile+, MIRE, and Common Sense
• Build a library of reusable LAB components and best practices
• Ensure quality standards translate into client deliverables
• Coach teams across studios to enhance talent and collaboration
