Lab Informatics Delivery Lead

MY00 Agilent Technologies Sales (Malaysia) is seeking an Informatics Delivery Engineer to support the full customer lifecycle, from pre-sales demonstrations to post-sales implementation and ongoing support.

Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, configuring SLIMS workflows, building integrations, leading project delivery, training customers, and providing remote/on-site troubleshooting while collaborating with R&D and marketing teams.
