Working coordinator for the Power Quality Solutions (PQS) lab facility. Management responsibilities include personnel management, scheduling, training and development. Must be able to push continuous improvement in the laboratory, improving operations, encouraging teamwork, identifying areas for improvement and completing change.Act as Laboratory Quality coordinator and maintain laboratory accreditation to ISO 17025 and maintain UL CDTP. The laboratory quality management system includes maintaining equipment maintenance / calibration records, test method validation, and performing internal audits.Review incoming test requests and interpret technical industry standards for test requirements and test methods.
