About you

You are a hospitality professional with at least 5 years of experience in a management position. You have worked in à la carte restaurants and have the ability to engage and lead a team, whilst ensuring the customer experience is excellent. You are a natural leader who doesn’t mind rolling up your sleeves and working alongside the team to deliver the best experience.

Key Responsibilities when on shift

• Observe the team, upskill them and ensure they are enjoying their work
• Maintain a top-quality environment within the site
• Ensure the products served are of the highest quality at all times
• Lead your team, provide feedback and set a high standard by operating above the line
• Ensure the customer experience is mint
