Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Production Support Engineer (L2/L3) with strong expertise in AWS Cloud, DevOps tools, and hands‐on experience in managing critical production environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for incident management, troubleshooting, automation, and ensuring high availability of applications. Key Responsibilities Monitor and support production systems ensuring uptime, reliability, and performance. Perform L2/L3 incident analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause identification. Handle on‐call support, escalations, and coordinate with cross‐functional teams. Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure in AWS Implement automation using DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform (as applicable). Develop and maintain shell scripts, automation scripts, or utility scripts for operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to SLAs, perform change management, and support release deployments.
